I will definitely recommend Giselle Moreno, our travel agent to my friends and family. She’s very helpful, patient, knowledgeable and friendly.
She works hard to find us a great deal, she definitely knows how to listen in regards to time, dates, destination and layover we prefer.
She’s not very pushy which is why we definitely used her services again. This is our first time using a travel agency, we usually do it on our own. She communicated constantly if there’s anything that we need to change, the booking process went smoothly also. We definitely going to use Premium flights in our future travel. Thank you Giselle!!!
